Affordable Housing at North Eveleigh 15 Apr 2013 City West Housing Pty Ltd has lodged a development application for its affordable housing development at North Eveleigh with the Department of Planning and Infrastructure. The development proposes 88 affordable housing units within a 6-7 storey building, adjacent to the western end of the Carriage Workshop building. |

North Eveleigh Parks 25 Mar 2013 UrbanGrowth NSW Development Corporation (UGDC) has lodged a development application (DA) for two parks at the western end of the North Eveleigh site.
The DA seeks development consent for the following:
- A Local Park in the south western corner of the North Eveleigh Precinct, adjacent to Iverys Lane, with an approximate area of 3,350sqm;
- A Pocket Park to the west of the existing Blacksmith’s shop with an area of approximately 391sqm; and
- Associated site works including demolition and stormwater. |

North Eveleigh Community Information Session 11 Mar 2013 City West Housing, in partnership with UrbanGrowth NSW Development Corporation, is designing a residential development for the North Eveleigh site adjacent to the CarriageWorks building. A development application for the affordable housing project is intended to be submitted to the Department of Planning and Infrastructure by April 2013. A public exhibition period will follow, providing you with a further opportunity for comment. |
